Shortly after you paid to PayPal and got from them a receipt you have to receive FXB confirmation message with following text:

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your purchase. A link to download trading system installation package will be sent you immediately after PayPal payment clearance. Usually it takes 2-3 business days for US customers and up to 5 days for international payments.

This means that FXB informed by PayPal about transaction but doesn't mean your money are already in FXB possession. PayPal must verify a transaction and approve that. In case transaction found to be fraudulent or invalid for some reason the payment may be canceled or reversed. If we don't want to sell software to particular person a payment also will be returned to a sender (refunded).

If everything is fine with transaction, FXB sends request to PayPal to transfer money (your payment) to FXB bank account. The same day transfer is completed you will receive a link to download a purchased trading system. Also, bear in mind:

• PayPal deducts a payment from your account immediately but it does not mean a recipient has money in its possessions the same day.
• According to PayPal security bulletin, customer's hurry and impatience is a red flag of fraudulent transaction and they recommend to wait for extra week before sending merchandise electronically or use regular mail even for electronic goodies. So, pushing FXB to send ordered items as soon as possible may result in sending a trading system and activation key by regular mail to your billing address (PayPal Seller Protection Policy eligibility).

I never heard of that before. When you purchase software online it's always available to download at that point.

Have you ever heard about chargebacks or reverted transactions when guy from Malaysia buys e-goods or services by using Jim Johns, Ohio, USA account, downloads a software and in few days PayPal gets these money back?

As personally to you:

• You have no registered and verified PayPal account
• You didn't provide valid shipping/billing address
• Your e-mail box registered on free server and your message electronic stamps do not contain any personal identifiable information
• You push FXB to send you a software as soon as possible

According to PayPal security recommendations all those are red flags.

Avoid to use free e-mail boxes

Try not to use mail boxes at free servers like @hotmail.com, @gmail.com and similar because:

• There is a big chance that message with your software download link or activation key will be classified as spam and not delivered to your box properly.
• It is hard to track down the IP you sent a message with activation key request from and in case if you have no PayPal verified physical address (billing address) your order may be canceled or delayed.

In our days most internet providers use spam filtering software, so to be sure you didn't miss anything, check your trusted e-mail list and add *@forexbarometer.com domain to there.

This is a list of customers who recently paid for the software but seems are unable to receive the messages from ForexBarometer:

Please do check, the payment is completed now.

You made payment on November 18, 2008, Thursday. Two business days passed since then. Since you are from Sweden, i.e. non-US customer, it may take some extra days for transfer to complete. Also note, that banks do not make transactions on weekends and holidays. As has been stated above when your payment appears on your balance it doesn't automatically mean that the money are available to recipient.

This is a PayPal message generated after we make your payment withdrawal.

The link to download has already been sent you to your PayPal registered address. Check your spam filter and spam box.

1. Please, read above the "Avoid to use free e-mail boxes" message
2. You payment has been done: Date: Feb. 16, 2009 Time: 20:20:17 EST. It is not the fourth, but end of the third day since your payment now.
3. PayPal transferred your money to our bank: Date: Feb. 17, 2009 Time: 13:31:19 ES
4. As of now, Feb. 19, 2009, 18:17 EST your PayPal payment is still has status of pending at our bank account and probably will be cleared tomorrow, in Friday 20, 2009
5. Nevertheless, the link to download Leader TS has already been sent you this morning. Check and adjust you spam filter as recommended in our first message you received on the day of purchase.

Why my payment has been declined/returned?

According to Terms of Sale seller reserves a right to decline any payment without reason explanation. There are numerous reasons why sale cannot be completed.

For example, a person whose third message is quoted above began with asking how much NN Master costs. He has been provided with on-line store link. Next day he asked what is a price of Leader, etc. At this point it's clear that he is unable to understand easy English or use Internet and the future communication is impossible.

Also, we don't sale to customers whose trading or computer skills we are aware of from our previous communication are below necessary level, to customers from countries where computer piracy flourished, .e.g. China, Malaysia, Russia, some South America countries. We don't sell to persons who in the past have violated the http://forexbarometer.com/gctfrm/index.php?showtopic=142.

We decline payments from buyers with doubtful reputation like http://www.forexjustice.com/Review_Section/Forex_Signal_Reviews/Forex_Peace_Army.html (former http://www.forexjustice.com/Review_Section/Forex_Signal_Reviews/Forex_Peace_Army.html).

ForexBarometer.com is not a big company that is interested by any means to get as many customers as possible but small family business that is successful enough to not chase for every dollar, and decline those who promises more troubles than profits. Also, if we see a person who might be unhappy with a product for some reason we do not recommend him/her to buy that and refuse payment if one insists on purchase anyway.

Hi so as the system the system that you have offered rejects credit cards of my two experts for compartments. Can you offer me another way that will make the payment for them?

Trading system cannot reject your credit card that is verified by PayPal. We have no any control over this process. We can also accept payments via 2CheckOut.com but they charge for processing a bit more and there is no guarantee that they will be able to approve your payment since it didn't pass a PayPal checkup.
PayPal also accepts e-check payments. They are not instant but you may try that.

I did not get an order number transaction ID

Order number (transaction ID) assigned by PayPal but not by us. After a payment you should receive a PayPal confirmation with that. Contact PayPal in case you didn't.

...do i need this in order to use the EA?

No. All you need to install, activate and use a product are activation name and key.

They have sent activation key Not: order number transaction ID.

Transaction ID was sent you by PayPal at the time of purchase. In case you already have and Activation Key, you don't need it to activate a software. Read the http://forexbarometer.com/gctfrm/index.php?showtopic=64.

This code was entered at activation Kay. well. from red to green. Now I need yet for the code: Order number Transktion ID.

Transaction ID is for customer support only to identify you as a valid customer.It's not a part of activation procedure since you have AK.If it's changed from red to green, you activation is complete.If you need to fill out "other panel" go to PayPal receipt and get transaction ID from there.

Once again: if you already have an Activation Key, and it is green activation is done. You don't need a Transaction ID to work with EA
